Gaming, Programming and Random Rants

Hi. I’m a 17 year old programmer, gamer and web designer.

I made my first (ugly and primary coloured ) website when I was 13. It was built entirely out of tables using Frontpage but it was a start.

Shortly afterwards I wrote my first program – a Java clock. However I soon moved on to PHP and wrote a few simple but nontrivial programs – a social network, and a forum. Both very basic but they worked.

In the years between then and now, I’ve worked on improving my programming and design skills.

Recently, I’ve started doing most of my programming in Python, which is one of the nicer languages I’ve used. I’ve also done some programming in C# and Ruby, but C# is too Windows-centric for me and I didn’t really like Ruby that much.

As far as gaming goes, I mainly play PC games such as Team Fortress 2 and openTTD but I also like a few 360 games such as Call of Duty 5 and Rock Band,
